Human Resources:
· Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
· Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
· Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with all appropriate legislation and regulations.
· Provide orientation to the Company, training and development performance evaluation and appraisals to the company staff to enhance qualifications, motivations and belonging to the company (people are the assets).
Operational Planning and Management:
· To deal with the customers and maintain healthy relations with them.
· To present the company's proposal for a project and discuss it with the customer.
· Builds company image by collaborating and coordination with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices. Getting all reports and feedbacks from the Engineers and Department Manager and ensure that all resources for completing the projects and establishments obligation are available.
· Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products and services.
· Ensure that throughout all areas of the company’s activities such as business development, planning engineering, construction legal, finance, etc. are well coordinated to ensure that the management system is in place to achieve company strategy and target.
· Monitor the progress of all projects and keep the management informed of any critical issues
Financial Resources:
· Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
· Direct and coordinate Company's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
· Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
· Develop and operationalize strategies, long-range plans, annual operating plans, annual budgets, while measuring progress on an ongoing basis.
· Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Material Resources:
· Facilitates and leads strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials.
· Capable of monitoring and supporting site operations in all aspects from inception to successful completion including cost control, planning and scheduling.
· Oversee the Purchasing of all materials needed for the completion of the projects.
