PROJECT OVERVIEW:- Project Name: Upgrade of LV Network of Operative Villages 5 and 6. Client: Aldar Properties Electrical Contractor: Al Naser Electrical Const. Est. Duration: 4-Months The contract is worth AED 23.8 million and consists of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 15 LV panels, 84 Sub-Main DB’s and 336 Sub-SMDB’s as per the latest ADDC standards. Completion of the external works including testing and commissioning was achieved in 4 months. The work also involves upgrade of internal circuits for the 35 dwelling blocks with 3,920 rooms, 280 bathrooms and 140 shower rooms. The rate of construction is at an astounding 224 rooms (including 16 bathrooms and 8 shower rooms) per week, including testing, commissioning and energizing.
